Original proof of purchase is required.
To qualify, create and send a video of the unboxing process showing the damage immediately upon receipt—email to support@storesells.com.
Our team will review the video; if proof is valid, we’ll approve the refund or exchange.
Physical Products
Items must be returned in original packaging if approved.
Products must remain unused and in resalable condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we may cover in verified shipping damage cases).
Non-shipping damage (e.g., wear after use) is not eligible.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items.
Perishable goods.
Intimate or sanitary products.
Items marked as final sale. Very few exceptions apply; shipping damage claims require video proof.
Refund Process
Upon delivery, unbox while recording a video showing any damage—send to support@storesells.com with your order number and reason.
Our team reviews the video and responds within 48 hours.
If approved, follow return instructions (if needed).
Receive confirmation of refund or exchange processing.
Funds returned to original payment method.
Processing Time
If video proof is verified, refunds will be issued within 15 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 7-14 additional business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. This complies with RBI guidelines for timely refunds.
